Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanism for STS Service Portal, ServiceNow Application Portal, Docebo and FDMS Production Commerce Control Center (CCC) applications are migrated to Texas Digital Identity Solution (TDIS). STS users who are not already enrolled to TDIS must enroll within 72 hours of receiving the e-mail sent on Sun, June 28, 2026 or Mon, July 06, 2026, to be able to access these applications in Production going forward. If you need assistance with enrollment, please contact STS Service Desk.
The IT Financial Management (ITFM) and IT Service Level Management (ITSLM) applications will continue to be accessible via this legacy STS Portal login page using the current SiteMinder-based STS SSO credentials.
